About ClassWarm

ClassWarm is a simple way to track how a class is doing on the behaviors you're working on together. Pick a few goals, tap when the class does well, and watch the class "temperature" rise. It's meant to take seconds, not pull you away from teaching.

Why it exists

Most behavior tools ask a lot: accounts for every student, points to tally, data to manage. This one stays at the level of the whole class. You decide what to work on, the class sees the win go up on a shared thermometer, and each day starts fresh. No student logins, no student data to look after.

Frequently asked questions

Is my class data private?
Yes. The class names, behaviors, and notes you enter are encrypted with a key derived from your password. We can't read them in our database or backups — and neither can anyone who isn't you.
Do I track individual students?
No. ClassWarm tracks the class as a whole, not named students. Please don't enter individual student names or personal details — keep it about the group.
What happens if I forget my password?
You get back in with the one-time recovery code shown when you set your password. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, your data can't be recovered — that's the cost of a key only you hold, so keep the code somewhere safe.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's free to sign up and use. There are no ads and no trackers.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser — your phone, a tablet, or the classroom board. There's nothing to install.
Can I track more than one class?
Yes. Add a class for each period, each with its own behaviors and its own thermometer.
Can I choose my own behaviors?
Yes. Pick from a ready-made list or type your own, and add as many as you like.
How does the daily reset work?
Each day starts fresh at zero. When you reset, today's taps clear — but past days stay saved so you can look back.
